Set of 3 pop art prints featuring my retro portrait of 1960s swinging London style icon Pattie Boyd. The model and IT girl was first married to The Beatles' George Harrison and later gave her vows to Eric Clapton. She is said to have been the inspiration for songs like Harrison's 'Something' and Clapton's 'Wonderful Tonight'.
My series of ROCK 'N' ROLL MUSES aims to capture a decade of wild transformations: The 1960s are portrayed through the faces of a time when black and white turned into colour by a snap of your fingers, brutal realism crashed into psychedelia, and the faint echo of World War II bombs was replaced by thunderous rock 'n' roll. So we tuned in, turned up, and the girl next door transformed into a rock 'n' roll muse. Everything was possible and - perhaps - nothing was real.
