RESEARCH
Research is at the centre of everything I do. Whether I am cutting a promo, writing a piece, or designing a concert poster, I go the extra mile to understand the story and the audience. This approach has been cultivated further through my time in academia and journalism.
I make sure that what I deliver reflects my research. I have taken deep dives to understand fan culture, taken lessons in particle physics in preparation for creating publicity directed at a wide audience, and taught myself Italian to be able to tell the story of the locals in a tiny mountain village.
Many hours of comprehensive research have gone into creating my illustrations to help preserve a historically accurate memory of a particular place or face.
