PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

I have ten years of experience in managing end-to-end production processes, from planning, scoping the task and balancing expectations, to operational production, delivery, and follow-up. With me, you get a proactive, reliable producer and a safe hand in managing business processes.

My experience covers the fields of directing shoots on location, co-operating with talent, camera crew and other staff; content production for broadcast and digital platforms; and theatre production.

Acting as a liaison between the client and the production team, I am highly experienced in working cross-functionally with internal and external teams and stakeholders.

It takes a hands-on understanding of the production process as well as solid interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships with colleagues and external partners while coordinating production among many different interests and lines of business.
